- Turn your appliance on to medium-high heat and let it warm up completely.
- Peel the overripe fruit and crush it vigorously with a fork in a medium bowl.
- Whisk the milk, melted butter, eggs, brown sugar, and mashed fruit together until the mixture looks completely uniform.
- Sprinkle the flour, baking powder, and ground cinnamon over the wet mixture and stir gently with a flexible spatula.
- Pour batter onto greased grates and cook for three to four minutes until steam stops escaping.
- Remove cooked pieces carefully and place them directly on a wire cooling rack.
