Method
 

  1. Heat your griddle on medium-high for 3-4 minutes. Add a thin layer of oil across the cooking surface. Wait until oil shimmers.

  2. Start with meats that take longest to cook. Chicken: 5-6 minutes per side until 165°F internal temperature. Ground beef: 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. Push proteins to one side. Add chopped onions, peppers, and mushrooms to the open space. Cook vegetables for 3-4 minutes with occasional stirring.

  4. Add hash browns to the griddle. Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Lower heat to medium. Combine proteins, vegetables, and sides as needed. Add shredded cheese during last minute of cooking until it melts gently.
