Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt Use a thick variety for best layers
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries Washed, dried, and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries Washed and dried well
  • ¾ cup granola Choose your favorite crunchy variety
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Adjust to your desired sweetness
  • 2 sprigs fresh mint Optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Rinse the blueberries and strawberries under cold water, then pat them completely dry with a paper towel.

  3. Spoon a layer of the sweetened yogurt into the bottom of two clear glasses or jars.

  4. Sprinkle a generous layer of granola over the yogurt, followed by the sliced strawberries and whole blueberries.
  5. Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkle of fruit, and a sprig of fresh mint.
