- Rinse the blueberries and strawberries under cold water, then pat them completely dry with a paper towel.
- Place the Greek yogurt in a small bowl and stir in the honey until it is completely smooth.
- Spoon a layer of the sweetened yogurt into the bottom of two clear glasses or jars.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of granola over the yogurt, followed by the sliced strawberries and whole blueberries.
- Repeat the layers once more, finishing with a dollop of yogurt, a sprinkle of fruit, and a sprig of fresh mint.
