  • 1.5 lbs top sirloin steak Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 whole bell peppers Red and orange, cut into chunks
  • 1 whole red onion Cut into 1-inch chunks

Method
 

  1. Cut the top sirloin, bell peppers, and red onion into uniform one-inch pieces.

Notes
