- Whisk the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk together in a large bowl until thickened.
- Fold the whipped heavy cream gently into the thickened pudding mixture until combined.
- Place a single layer of cubed angel food cake at the bottom of a large glass trifle bowl.
- Spread a third of the pudding mixture over the cake, pushing it to the edges.
- Add a generous layer of mixed berries, making sure they touch the sides of the glass.
- Repeat the layering process with cake, pudding, and berries until the bowl is full, finishing with berries on top.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
