- Preheat your oven to 350°F and thoroughly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in the microwave until smooth.
- Whisk the sugar and eggs into the warm chocolate mixture until glossy.
- Gently stir in the cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared pan and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the edges are set but centers are soft.
- Let the brownie bites cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing.
