Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter Cut into pieces
  • 1 cup granulated sugar For sweetness and texture
  • 2 large eggs Room temperature
  • ¼ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder Sifted to remove lumps
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Melted with the butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and thoroughly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in the microwave until smooth.

  3. Whisk the sugar and eggs into the warm chocolate mixture until glossy.
  4. Gently stir in the cocoa powder and flour until just combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into the prepared pan and let it rest for 10 minutes.
