- Cook the rinsed sushi rice and gently fold in the sushi vinegar while warm.
- Slice the cucumber and avocado into thin strips and flake the crab meat.
- Spread a thin, even layer of rice over a half sheet of nori and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Flip the nori over and arrange the crab, avocado, and cucumber across the bottom third.
- Roll tightly using a plastic-wrapped bamboo mat and slice into 8 pieces with a wet knife.
