  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk Cold
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup Adjust sweetness to your preference

Method
 

  1. Pour the cold almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a medium glass mixing bowl. Whisk rapidly for one full minute.

  3. Cover the bowl tightly or transfer to a jar, then place in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set.
