Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded Rotisserie chicken works great
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Cook until very crisp
  • ½ cup ranch dressing High quality refrigerated brand
  • 4 large flour tortillas Burrito size
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded Washed and dried well
  • 1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced Seeds removed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated Freshly grated melts best

Method
 

  1. Lay the large flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface and warm them briefly in the microwave.

  2. Layer the sliced chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes down the center of each tortilla, then drizzle with ranch dressing.

  3. Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom up.

  4. Place the wraps seam side down in a warm skillet over medium heat and cook for two minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately while the outside is warm and the interior vegetables remain crisp.
