- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, salsa, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and cumin in a large mixing bowl.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for thirty seconds wrapped in a damp paper towel to make them pliable.
- Place two tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the lower third of each tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray the tops with cooking oil.
- Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
