- Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely with soft paper towels, ensuring the leaves are also completely dry.
- Place the chopped semi-sweet chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in thirty-second intervals, stirring vigorously between each until completely smooth.
- Hold each strawberry securely by the stem, submerge it fully into the warm melted chocolate, and let the excess drip off the bottom.
- Place the coated fruit onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then drizzle the melted white chocolate over the tops using a small piping bag.
