- Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat immediately and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours until completely firm, then slice into squares.
