Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound lean ground beef Prevents excess grease
  • 12 yellow corn tortillas Best for baking
  • 1 packet taco seasoning For savory flavor
  • cup water Mix with seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Freshly grated melts best
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For brushing tortillas

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

  3. Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave and brush the outsides lightly with oil.
