- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.

- Warm the corn tortillas in the microwave and brush the outsides lightly with oil.
- Sprinkle cheese inside each tortilla and top with the warm beef mixture.
- Bake on a baking sheet until golden and crispy.
