Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen mango chunks Keep fully frozen until ready to blend

Method
 

  1. Chill a freezer-safe storage container in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Add the frozen mango chunks, sugar, and fresh lime juice to a food processor or high-speed blender.

  4. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and thick, adding a splash of warm water only if the blades get stuck.
