Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag frozen extra crispy french fries Straight cut works best
  • 1 cup cheese sauce Cheddar or jalapeno queso
  • ½ cup ranch dressing Buttermilk ranch preferred
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning Low sodium blend

  • 1 Saucepan For warming cheese

Method
 

  1. Bake the french fries on a large baking sheet according to package directions until deeply golden and crispy.
  2. Warm the cheese sauce gently in a small saucepan over medium low heat until smooth and pourable.

  3. Transfer the hot potatoes to a mixing bowl immediately after baking and toss them with the cajun seasoning.
