Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups fresh mango, peeled and diced Use very ripe fruit for the best flavor
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice Adds brightness and tartness
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar Adjust based on the sweetness of your fruit
  • ¼ cup cold water Helps the blender process the thick fruit
  • 1 tablespoon chili lime seasoning Optional, for sprinkling on top before serving

Method
 

  1. Peel the mangoes, slice the flesh away from the pit, and cut into chunks.

  2. Add the fruit, lime juice, agave, and cold water to a high-powered blender and process until completely smooth.

  3. Pour the thick puree evenly into your molds, leaving a small space at the top.

  4. Insert the wooden sticks straight down into the center of each cavity.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for at least four hours until solid, then run under warm water to release.
