- Peel the mangoes, slice the flesh away from the pit, and cut into chunks.
- Add the fruit, lime juice, agave, and cold water to a high-powered blender and process until completely smooth.
- Pour the thick puree evenly into your molds, leaving a small space at the top.
- Insert the wooden sticks straight down into the center of each cavity.
- Place the tray in the freezer for at least four hours until solid, then run under warm water to release.
