Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs Finely crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese Full-fat blocks, softened to room temperature
  • 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream Very cold
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sifted to remove lumps
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure extract preferred

  • 1 springform pan For easy removal
  • 1 hand mixer For whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.

  2. Whip the cold heavy cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.

  3. Beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until combined and fluffy.
