- Place the frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, white rum, and fresh lime juice into a blender.
- Process the mixture on high speed for forty-five seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour immediately into chilled glasses and garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and cherry.
