- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat softened cream cheese and melted butter in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the egg and cake mix, mixing on low speed until just combined.
- Scoop dough into 1-tablespoon balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly soft.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey's Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
