Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed Use ripe fruit for maximum sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Brightens the melon flavor
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (optional) Add only if your melon is out of season

Method
 

  1. Cube the seedless watermelon and add the fruit to a high-speed blender.

  2. Pour in the fresh lime juice and the optional agave nectar.

  3. Blend on high speed until completely smooth and thoroughly liquefied.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds while leaving a small gap at the top.

  5. Insert the wooden sticks and freeze for at least four hours until completely solid.

Notes
