Method
- Cube the seedless watermelon and add the fruit to a high-speed blender.
- Pour in the fresh lime juice and the optional agave nectar.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth and thoroughly liquefied.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds while leaving a small gap at the top.
- Insert the wooden sticks and freeze for at least four hours until completely solid.

Notes
Skim the light foam off the top of the blended mixture for a clearer, denser popsicle. Swap the lime juice for fresh lemon if you prefer a different citrus note.
