Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 1.5 cups whole milk Or full-fat coconut milk
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder Sifted to remove lumps
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder Use your favorite brand
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips Melted for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts For garnish

Equipment

  • 1 High-speed blender Essential for a smooth base
  • 1 silicone popsicle mold For easy removal
  • 6 wooden popsicle sticks

Method
 

  1. Soak the pitted dates in hot water for ten minutes to soften them completely, ensuring a smooth blend.

  2. Blend the softened dates, milk, cocoa powder, and protein powder on high until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top, and insert the wooden sticks.

  4. Freeze the filled molds flat for at least six hours until they are completely solid.

  5. Unmold carefully, drizzle with melted dark chocolate, and immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts before the chocolate sets.
