Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium ripe banana Peeled and split lengthwise
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Plain or vanilla, full fat preferred
  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries Washed, dried, and sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries Washed and dried
  • 3 tablespoons granola Chunky variety
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds Lightly toasted for best flavor

  • 1 Paring Knife For slicing the fruit
  • 1 oval serving dish For assembly and presentation

Method
 

  1. Peel the banana and slice it carefully in half lengthwise using a sharp knife.

  3. Spoon the thick Greek yogurt evenly into the center space between the fruit slices.
