- Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- Place white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring vigorously until completely smooth.
- Stir the maple extract, sea salt, and half of the chopped pecans into the warm chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smooth the top with a spatula, and gently press the remaining pecans onto the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully firm, then lift out using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
