Method
- Wash the fresh berries gently under cold water and pat them completely dry.
- Stir the honey and vanilla extract into the Greek yogurt until completely smooth.
- Spoon a thick layer of the sweetened yogurt into the bottom of a clean glass.
- Drop a generous handful of mixed berries over the yogurt layer, pressing down slightly.
- Sprinkle the granola evenly over the fresh fruit.
- Repeat the layers one more time and finish with a final cluster of berries on top.
