Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces blanco tequila 100% blue agave preferred
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice Ruby red preferred
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice Squeezed fresh
  • ¼ ounce agave nectar Adjust to taste
  • 2 ounces sparkling water Chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Tajín seasoning For rimming the glass
  • 1 cup ice cubes For serving

Equipment

  • 1 cocktail glass For serving
  • 1 cocktail spoon For stirring
  • 1 Citrus juicer For fresh juice
  • 1 Jigger For measuring liquids

Method
 

  1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip into Tajín seasoning.

  2. Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave to the glass and stir well.

  3. Fill the glass to the top with fresh ice cubes.

  4. Top with sparkling water and give one gentle stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge and cilantro, then serve immediately.

Notes
