- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
- Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir continuously until mostly smooth, then remove from heat immediately.
- Fold in the vanilla extract and toasted walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and chill for at least 2 hours.
