Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves Packed, stems removed
  • 6 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate Slightly thawed
  • 4 cups crushed ice Nugget or crushed ice is best
  • ¼ cup cold water To help the blender run smoothly
  • 1 drop green food coloring Optional for theme park color

Method
 

  1. Place the fresh mint leaves, lemonade concentrate, and cold water into the blender.

  2. Pulse the blender until the mint leaves are finely chopped and incorporated into the liquid.
  3. Add the crushed ice and food coloring, if using, to the blender pitcher.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick, frosty, and fully smooth.
