- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk the melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and cocoa powder in a large bowl until glossy and smooth.
- Beat in the room temperature eggs one at a time until the batter thickens significantly.
- Fold the all-purpose flour gently into the wet ingredients just until no dry white streaks remain.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and bake for 25 minutes until the edges are set.
- Remove from the oven, scatter the marshmallows, peanuts, and chocolate chips on top, and bake for 3 more minutes until the marshmallows puff.

Slice the brownies only after they have cooled completely, and dip your knife in hot water between cuts to easily slice through the sticky marshmallows.
