Ingredients
  

  • 3 scoops premium chocolate ice cream Slightly softened for easier blending
  • ¼ cup whole milk Add 1 extra tablespoon if too thick
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup For inside the glass and blending
  • ¼ cup whipped cream For garnish
  • ¼ cup brownie chunks Cut into bite-sized pieces

Equipment

  • 1 Blender For mixing the base
  • 1 tall serving glass Chilled before use
  • 1 Ice cream scoop To measure ice cream
  • 1 straw For serving

Method
 

  1. Place your serving glass in the freezer for ten minutes until chilled.
  2. Squeeze the chocolate syrup around the inside rim of the chilled glass so it drips down the sides.

  4. Pulse the blender on low just until the mixture begins to circulate smoothly to avoid a watery texture.
