- Place two serving glasses in the freezer to chill.
- Combine vanilla ice cream and milk in a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Add 8 Oreo cookies and pulse 3-5 times until chunky.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the chilled glasses.
- Pour the shake into glasses and top with whipped cream and extra cookies.
