Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan generously.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then whisk in melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt gently until just combined with no flour streaks.
- Divide the batter evenly into two bowls and tint one half with pink gel food coloring.
- Alternate scoops of yellow and pink batter into the pan, then swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely, then whisk powdered sugar and milk for the glaze and pour over the loaf.
- Top immediately with heart sprinkles and slice to serve.
