- Blend the fresh fruit cubes on high speed until completely liquid.
- Strain the puree through a fine mesh strainer to remove all pulp.
- Press the mint leaves and lime juice gently in a shaker tin to release oils.
- Add the strained juice, rum, syrup, and ice, then shake vigorously.
- Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with club soda, and garnish.
