Chocolate Icebox Cake

5 from 1 vote
A stunning, nostalgic no-bake dessert featuring delicate layers of crisp chocolate wafers and lightly sweetened whipped cream. The cookies soften beautifully overnight to create a sliceable, cake-like texture.

Keep the dessert tightly covered in the refrigerator to prevent the cream from absorbing savory odors. Wipe your knife clean between cuts for the sharpest presentation.
